The totally dirt loving, sunshine worshiping, seed planting, flower arranging meanderings of a poet and artist granny that can't get enough of growing things.
An avid gardener, painter, poet... expanding the boundaries, planting seeds with great faith, appreciating the abundance of the harvest... embracing all the lessons from the garden, the page and the paint brush....it's all about growing.
Paintings can be seen at my website:

Flowering kale is the best selection for autumn color and will withstand mild freezing temperatures for most of the winter in the Pacific Northwest. They mix well with pansies and come in a variety of colors and textures.
