Roses aren't the only flower for Valentine's giving. Tulips are that refreshing reminder that spring is on the way and a lovely bouquet is the perfect gift from the heart. And just in case your garden tulips are peeking their tender leaves up through the ground before the frost season is over.....cover them with a little mulch.
